I'm not sure what you're supposed to do with the files. They don't save as Winrar files, and if I try to open them with Winrar they suddenly become corrupted.
It's really weird.

with the full insatller u only extract the first one after having both of them, and it turns into an installer. try using peazip its what i use, best extracting tool ever and its free.

i think its cuz of the tool i use but either way peazip is way better the winzip or winrar so in the end it benefits u lmao and its completely free
